Currently our core team only consists of 2 persons. Occasionally we work with other camera operator too.

Camera Operator 1 and Video Editor:

Ivonne Suryana

She has a passion for creating smooth flowing stories that are meaningful and touching. She can deliver a finish product that reveals people's humanity and characters.

She enjoys making documentary of people's characters and collecting footage of nature and animals.

Camera Operator 2 and Project Coordinator/technician:

Richard Baker

He is a wedding photographer, but has his feet in video productions too now. He has several years of experience with UW in producing videos.

He has a talent of making people feel at ease and natural in front of a camera. He also likes coming up with technical solutions. In this workteam, he manages technical elements, transportation, and dealing with customers.
